Amy~ I've been so fortunate to be a part of SugarBelle in many aspects. Whether working on the website, social media, in the store, or modeling, they kept me a part of the family in some way or another. When I worked in the store, I promise you, you could hear my laugh on the other side of the street. This store and the women inside of it make me so darn happy. SugarBelle has created a sense of a special "sisterhood" for me if you will. These amazing women that I get to interact with from time to time are so special to me, whether they're one of my co-workers or one of our customers. Though now, I get to interact with everyone often from behind a blog post or an Instagram story, just know that you all make my world a brighter place and for that, I'll forever be thankful to sweet SugarBelle for keeping me a part of the family in a way that fits my lifestyle. SugarBelle has been and always will be my favorite place to call "home".
Caroline~ I'm a big people person! One of my favorite things about working at SugarBelle is seeing new faces and getting to know a little bit about each customer that walks in our door. I love talking to everyone whether it's chatting about where you're going to wear your new SugarBelle outfit or talking about the crazy lives we live in. I've met many kind, loving faces through SugarBelle and I love helping my new SugarBelle friends find outfits for every occasion.
Haley~ SugarBelle was home when I first walked in the doors when we opened in that precious boutique on Ribault Road. Through the years, I have made lasting relationships with the amazing customers and conversations that go far beyond their personal wardrobe choices. I have laughed, worked, cried, danced, and loved my time at SugarBelle and it will always be a place of comfort to me. I'm thankful for the time I've been able to put in and the memories I will always hold dear to my heart. The best little boutique in town will always be home to me!

Whether I've worked in medical and fitness fields, or now retail, serving my customer has always been top priority. How can I not be positively impacted by, and appreciative of, the wonderful customers that SugarBelle is fortunate enough to serve? I enjoy being a part of the customer's happiness. I go to work knowing I can help create positive experiences for our customers. Being a problem solver for a customer is awesome. I love her curiosity of new trends and styles and her excitement when I can help her find what works for her. (This goes doubly for men!) A grand time is when I can play hostess for a customer who wants to have a "try on clothes" party! While I understand it is not about me, it is about the customer (if it wasn't for the customer I wouldn't have a job)...The customer impact is my feeling of well being; that I am part of a community.
Katelyn~ SugarBelle has been so many things to me: a safe haven, a creative outlet, a place to meet new people, and my first real job. It has given me new friends, exciting opportunities, and so many memories. Most important to me though, have always been the relationships it has helped me develop and the amazing community of women I am now a part of. It always makes my day to see a SugarBelle around town. I feel truly blessed to be a small part of these amazing women's big events and I am so excited to soon grow our SugarBelle family in Columbia.
Kelly~ The first time I heard "Hey SugarBelle girl!" I was startled but I was happy that someone remembered the "New Girl" at work. After being acclimated for a while, then I was renamed "You're the Girl Who Got Engaged" girl. In the past few months leading up to my wedding, I had nothing but well wishes and uplifting thoughts showered over me from customers. Now that we are married, I've now been renamed a "New Military Spouse". In my almost year I've been at SB, I've held a few different titles. However, I feel that conversations with customers seem to always be helpful. I meet so many people from so many different walks of life. Everyone has their own struggles, opinions on their body, and days where they want to start drinking before noon. But somehow, everyone seems to walk out with a smile. SB is a safe haven and our customers truly understand it. I am so blessed to be a part of the SugarBelle Family. Thank you for welcoming me with open arms!
Our dearest, fearless leader Cherimie...She runs a tight ship but boy there isn't another ship on this Earth that we'd rather be on. Our ship consists of lots of coffee, chocolate, dry shampoo, meetings at Mexican restaurants, and friendship. She holds the role of so many but her biggest one is the creator of all things SugarBelle. She holds the mind behind the madness. Cherimie values our customers more than you'll ever know. Everything she does and thinks is with the customer in mind and loves them dearly.
I'm sure you may have noticed that the words "home", "relationships", and "community" were used multiple times. We thank you from the very bottom of our hearts every single day for keeping SugarBelle alive and well. Because of you, we have jobs that we love.
